Heart health risk assessment

Good heart health is vital at any age. Exercise, healthy weight and nutrition are all factors which can be managed to support good ongoing heart health.

Cardiac assessments are available through our nurses or doctors and can be booked as a standard consultation with a GP or nurse. This will involve a health assessment, including a blood test.

You'll receive an invitation for your health check at the appropriate time for you. This test will determine your risk of cardiac event or stroke within the next 5 years.
