Cardiac Rehabilitation is offered to people after a cardiac event or surgery. This includes heart attacks, angina, arrhythmia, heart failure and heart surgery.

Cardiac rehabilitation supports your recovery and ongoing wellbeing. It reduces your risk of future heart events and improves your quality of life. We have a long term conditions team to assist our cardiac rehabilitation patients.

Cardiovascular risk assessments are FREE for eligible patients.
