Repeat Prescriptions

The best way to order repeat prescriptions is by using the Better Health Outcomes app. You can read more about the app here. 

Registered patients may fill out the repeat prescription request form below. The form will then be shared with your GP. If appropriate the doctor will generate your prescription for you to collect. 

If the doctor feels it is not safe to do so, you will be contacted by one of our nursing team who will explain how to go about obtaining your script. This may require a phone call, coming in for a nurse assessment, or a review by your GP.

Please note we can not guarantee same day pick up on repeat prescription requests. Script will be sent to your selected pharmacy when ready and you will receive a txt message.

We will ONLY contact you if an appointment with your doctor is needed, or if we require any further information to issue the prescription, otherwise your script will be available after 48 hours. For urgent scripts please contact the practice by phone.

A fee  of $25.00 will be charged for repeat prescriptions.
